Karen M. Carcamo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Carcamo earned her medical degree from the University of California at San Francisco and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her Masters of Public Health at UCLA with an emphasis on agents that cause birth defects and then spent three years in private practice before joining the Institute for Women’s Health.
Dr. Carcamo is a Fellow of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Bexar County Medical Association. She is bilingual and is married with three children.
