The top workplaces in San Antonio area were selected not by poll or by industry experts but by the people who should know them best — their employees.

WorkplaceDynamics, a 3-year-old Pennsylvania company that specializes in workplace surveys, produced the rankings based on responses they got from employees — more than 21,000 from 119 San Antonio-area companies and organizations.
